4. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

Minimum order requirements apply and vary by service package. Current minimums will be communicated during account setup.

• Delivery is available throughout the Netherlands
• Delivery schedules will be agreed upon during service setup
• Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size
• Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery
• Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt
• Weather or other circumstances may affect delivery schedules

7. Product Quality and Returns

7.1 Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards for all products. However, given the perishable nature of food products, customers should:

• Inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt
• Report any quality issues within 24 hours
• Store products according to recommended guidelines

7.2 Returns and Refunds

• Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or do not meet quality standards
• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence may be required for quality claims
• Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion
• Perishable products cannot be returned once accepted

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Labour disputes or strikes
• Supplier failures or transportation disruptions
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend access to our services if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to make payments when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Damage our reputation or business interests

Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding payments and obligations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice to existing customers.
